Where can I locate my reward credits and when will they be added to my customer portal?Updated a month ago

Log into your Save Trees account and they will be located in the Credits section under your upcoming order.

Credits are added as soon as you place a recurring subscription order (credits start accruing on your second recurring subscription order) and you will receive an email confirming the credits were applied to your account.

You will need to toggle 'Apply credits to my next order' in your customer portal when you would like to use the credits.
